Why can’t we take the senators that is keeping this shutdown of the government liable? And I’d like to know if the president can take their pay away. And not make the American people suffer because of them it’s unjust. Why can’t we dig into there pocketbooks to pay the troops and pay government funded programs as snap.
There is no perfect voting system, including the voting system we use now: first-past-the-post voting. Moving to some sort of ranked choice voting would give third parties a chance to win election which would both better represent the people and force cooperation between Dems and GOP.
Republicans and Democrats agree: It is a major failure of our society that buying a house is no longer attainable for people who don’t already own one. However, there are different theories on why this is the case. Is it zoning laws? Is it greedy corporations buying up properties? Is it overregulation?
This Executive Order recruits the nation’s top minds to take on this problem. It orders the applicable agencies to create grants for academic researchers to investigate the causes and/or create solutions for the housing crisis. Projects may include, but are not limited to:
– Determining the root cause(s) of rising home prices
– Identifying policy reforms and their potential effects on housing and the greater economy
– Technological innovation to make the construction and maintenance of houses more efficient
– Scientific research into the design of homes that are safe, comfortable, and economical
Bring back civic lessons in classrooms. Protect all faiths including Muslims. Separate religion from government. Recalibrate US foreign policy that frees us from supporting Israel.
Maybe its time to make political violence a hate crime. Im.surprised its not. Workplaces consider it an EEO violation.With the others like race gender religion sexual preference as EEO violations. but they are also hate crimes. Time to add political violence as a hate crime

Minimum wage is to be determined on 12/10 by the 34th highest wage out of 100 economists (2 from each state) telling the congress what a living wage looks like in the next year for each state. this puts the wage out of the hands of politicians and puts it in the hands of scientists.
